Nothing can bring in the holiday cheer to the workplace like Christmas and New Year's decorations. For example:

  • Add a Christmas tree to the office and decorate it with lights, garland, and ornaments
  • Hang lights throughout the office
  • Give your employees desktop trees
  • Hang a Merry Christmas banner
  • Hang a New Year's banner when it's appropriate

  • Secret Santa Style - This is where everyone puts their names in a hat and each person draws a name but keeps who they draw a secret and buys that person a present.
  • Freestyle - This is where anyone can either choose to buy or not buy gifts for whoever they want. Not everyone may be able to afford to buy presents for coworkers, so this style allows for those who want to opt out to do so.
